Vendors are carefully selected to create a good variety and to avoid too many stalls selling the same products. Approval is based on quality, presentation, product suitability and the overall mix of the market.

How vendor participation works

Apply as a vendor

Stall requirements

  • A neat, professional stall setup
  • Your own gazebo if placed outdoors
  • Tables and chairs
  • Extension leads if electricity has been requested
  • Suitable lighting for evening trading
  • Adequate stock for the full event duration

Setup times

  • Venue access from 7:00 AM
  • Recommended vendor setup from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
  • All stalls must be ready before opening at 4:30 PM

Booking process

  1. If you are new to ExpoMedia, apply once using the vendor application form.
  2. Include clear photos of your stall setup and your products, or your menu if you are a food vendor.
  3. Wait for ExpoMedia approval. Approval means your business can book open ExpoMedia events.
  4. Once approved, use the event booking page to choose this event and submit your booking.
  5. Payment secures your booking only once it has been received and confirmed by ExpoMedia.

Important information

  • Stall positions are allocated by the organisers.
  • Vendors may only sell products approved by ExpoMedia.
  • Vendors must keep their area clean throughout the event.
  • ExpoMedia may decline applications to maintain variety and quality.
  • Spaces cannot be reserved without confirmed payment.
