Brief Description (1–2 lines):

If you are selling food, kindly state exactly what you offer (e.g. Cakes, Biscuits, Savouries, Chicken, Seafood, Vegetarian, etc)

A professional stall setup is required. Vendors may use their own branded tablecloth/setup. Vendors who do not yet have their own branding must use a full-length-to-floor navy blue tablecloth (colour code #000080). Failure to comply with this display requirement may result in disqualification.

Electricity Requirement

Do you require electricity? An additional R50 fee may be required. Vendors must bring their own 20m-40m extension lead. We reserve the right to restrict electricity for high-powered stalls; in these cases, we recommend bringing your own generator or gas.

I understand that if ExpoMedia postpones a market due to weather or other circumstances, any money already paid will be carried over to the next confirmed date.
I understand there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the event.
I understand bookings may be accepted up to 3 days before an event if space is still available, but availability is not guaranteed.
I will comply with stall setup requirements and event guidelines.
